I was told that I would get a rebate of $220, and my receipt showed that I would pay $538.75, but when I got my Discover bill, I was charged $758.75. I would NEVER pay that much for contact lens. Also, it took much longer to receive the contact lens than it has taken when I ordered from other companies. Please have someone call me to discuss my bill at *******771. Carolyn Rutledge.

Very satisfied, but...

The order arrived 3-4 weeks after being placed - internationally, that wasn't too bad, but the 'tracking' information constantly told me only that the lenses had been dispatched (nothing more), so I was completely in the dark about just where they were - v concerning, as the days passed...
Having now tried them, I've found that one of the right eye lenses is actually a left eye prescription (ie I've been sent one right (grey) & three left lenses (2 blue, 1 grey). This would normally be an issue, but in my case it's been the intervention of an angel - the lenses from my last prescription still work with my right eye, so I had a surplus. Now have four lenses for each eye!
So, issues for Lens.com to address there, but I'm actually quite happy.

Good service but not exellent

Due to a change in prescription, there was a delay in getting my contacts. After several phone calls and pleading for my contacts they were mailed. I had to search on Maui for a place where I could buy a week's worth of contacts to hold me over.

Delivery was delayed because the contacts needed to be ordered by an outside company causing an extra delay in receiving them. I should have been made aware of this prior to placing the order.

I've been ordering from lens.com for years. Less expensive than wholesale stores, definitely less expensive than doctors office when you consider the rebate. Wish I knew about them years ago when I first started wearing contacts.

The representative was excellent in helping me place the order on 2/25/26 for out of the ordinary lenses (B&L Ultra for Astigmatism and Coopervision Proclear Multifocal). However, I didn't receive them until 3/18/26. I thought a 21 day delivery was much too long.

Great Lenses, Slow Shipping

Easy to order

I had the scrip from my doctor, so I was able to upload that: I got my contacts in I think two or one weeks. Way cheaper than ordering through the doctor, and they fit and were a good scrip. The left eye has some underfit but I think it's cause I wasn't wearing them for two weeks: it's getting better now with daily wear.

All good except for the Rebate.

Why isn't the rebate applied at checkout? The entire process of claiming the rebate seems completely unnecessary to me. Not to mention that you have to tear open all the contact lenses boxes - leaving the lenses loose and out of the their packaging for the rest of the year - just to cut out the barcodes to include them in an envelope along with a signed form. Then, mail it in with a tracking number - which is an additional expense - and finally, wait to see if the rebate actually arrives. I never received the rebate form the last year's purchase. Everything would be much simpler for costumes if the $75 were simply applied at the checkout.
