You're better off ordering elsewhere. Don't plan on getting your rebate, so when you are shopping around for the best price, don't count the rebate. It's been over 7 months since I've mailed in the rebate & still no rebate. Every time I call, they tell me the same thing, "it's processing." When I ask when I can expect to get the rebate, they tell me they don't know.
I had a cart for $175 x 2 (4 boxes of contacts for left, 4 for right). The page said this is the price if you order 4 boxes, and the cart confirms this. It still shows this price after entering the address for shipping, and then it's not until the very last screen where you finally see the price somehow comes to $555 after rebate. It turns out there are $205 in fees and taxes on the order (sales tax is ~8% so <$30 of that). It very much seems like they try to hide the real price until the last minute, and even then its confusing since a $210 rebate is next to that $555. So you see it and think it's $555-$210, which about matches the $350 the cart was showing. I messed around with different brands and it seems consistent, and like they're trying to scam people.

I got 2 boxes for the price of 1 at Sam's Club, you guys are too expensive
Disgusting. I bought 2 boxes of contacts at $51 a piece and $10 shipping and my total they charged me was $162. Seriously that much in taxes and fees.
Package was sent for a 3 day priority mail and it took over 2 weeks to reach me.

Been ordering my contacts from lens.com for several years. Good customer service.
Their "rebates" are a scam, intentionally designed not to work as advertised. After 6months, I still have not received my promised $35 rebate. Their site says all steps have been completed but it hasn't been mailed out yet. That's what it has said now for two months. When I contact them, they say "due to COVID we are working very hard to mail out rebate cards in a timely manner." Yeah, right. In the future, I will take my business to someone who doesn't lie to me and play stupid games.
Customer service answered my question about colored contacts for my brown eyes in case I drop one-too much color in their colored contacts for subtlety so I went with the pale blue with the dot and it's easy to see. The contacts came within a week in spite of that heavy winter snow storm we had. Recommended for easy contact and pleasant ordering. Thank-you.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
