I got the contacts at a good price, but I had issues with delivery and shipping. They reshipped my order and gave me credit for a future order. Not sure if I'll be ordering again but the contacts were just fine
I'm having a lot of trouble with these lenses. My eye burn, my eye gets red, I have to use eyedrops several times while wearing them. I can only wear one about three hours; the other maybe four or five hours. I don't know what to do. I'm very disappointed. I've been wearing contacts since the 1960s and have never had this problem.
I typically don't leave reviews on companies when they do bad things, because typically it could be a one-off that happened that day and may not reflect the company's values. However, this one I had to write because they are shady. I complained to them that my checkout total seemed high and asked why.
Come to find out, they hide their fees on the 1st page of checkout and never mention them again. They said that their fees aren't hidden because they have them listed as soon as you click on checkout, under "Taxes & fees". This was made clear by the chat discussion I had with their customer service department today, advising that the fees would not be waived. It's just surprising that a company gets away with this. For a $126.46 order, I was expecting the total to be less than $150. When it came time to pay, the total was $191.91. Come to find out that the taxes and fees were going to be $55.46, which means that after 7% taxes, they have about a $46 fee. I ordered the same contacts via 1-800-Contacts, and not only were the contacts cheaper, there were no hidden fees AND free shipping. With so many options out there, I recommend that you look elsewhere. Worst part is that I paid it on the previous order.
I have posted what they charged me in June of 2022, which was about a $35 fee. This time I didn't proceed with the order, but if you proceed, you were warned.
Lens.com - I wish that you either 1) be honest and ensure that customers get the price they expect at checkout, or 2) go out of business!

I finally got my rebate card after 15 weeks. They told me 6 weeks originally. I kept calling every two weeks and was told the same thing " there is a shortage, there is a back order etc. I activated my card on the day that I received it. Two days later someone went clothes shopping with it. It was exactly one week after it was mailed. Inside job? I called the debit card company and now it's up to me to dispute it with the merchant and fill out forms from the my prepaid credit card company, they want more info? How can I dispute it if I don't even know what it is I'm disputing? What other info can I give them? I want to buy groceries and my $135 card was denied except for $2.20. I should've kept with Costco, never had any problems with their rebate program
Overall I had a great experience, however I was kinda shocked when it was time to check out and the charges for taxes and fees were almost the same price as the product itself
I waited 7+months to obtain a rebate and when reaching out to customer service on FB their response was "that their rebates have ben a huge success and caused an overwhelming amount of volume as a result"

I had issues getting them with my local Walmart so I tried online, this was my first place and it's done very good so far
My rebate was received by them 11/4/22 according to customer service, today is 2/21/23 and I'm told to STILL wait longer. 28 weeks from the date they received the rebate form. WHAT A JOKE
Company "never received" my completed rebate form that was sent within the 12 weeks from ship date of the order. Customer service can do nothing, yet the website advertises 100% satisfaction and ironically only 4 and 5 star reviews. Rebates are a scam at best.

The first order I placed I was sent the wrong prescription but I contacted Lens.com, I was able to return the contacts and they shipped me the correct ones right away!
I was a loyal customer, and their rebates started taking 8-9 months, until the last one they pretended to lose. I had a photo of it (as I do as proof) before mailing something, and they said I had to have proof they received it. I asked how to resolve the situation since I'm obviously entitled to the rebate, and they said I won't receive the rebate and couldn't do anything about it. It appears they are now scamming their customers. They lost me as a customer. Terrible service and even worse customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
