People want to see rates. I know you want to help your clients get business, but you need to find a happy medium so you don't alienate consumers. For example, you can show a rate chart without including whose rates your quoting. That would give me incentive to take the phone calls until the company with the best rate calls me.

I Dont have the best credit because of several reasons. Family members and so on. Here nor there I would like to see what you could help me with. I have made most payments in last 4years in a timely fashion maybe a few late ones. Do not want to say yes to anything until I see the options.
You guys $#*!ing lie about mortgage rates. There was never a 30 year fix rate at 2%. And now rates are closer to 4%. You suck!
