The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm trying to figure out how to get a new House for my Siblings. Because I'm a Disabled Veteran and the last Senior member of my Family.
Easy and quick. We'll see the further I get into it.
Said it would give me quotes without phone calls. When I finished it gave my number to a bunch of lenders. I already get 100 spam calls a day. I didn't need more
Rates from suggested lenders are far higher than your site's ad would indicate
The experience was simply and easy to understand but I would like more details thanks.
Your initial ad implied I'd see current interest rates offered, but I was instead misled and simply provided a list of lenders who would be contacting me. As far as I am concerned, you lied. You said you would not contact me, butt hen provided my contact details to lenders who will now be pestering me. Deception as far as I am concerned.
You are advertising rates that do not exist in this market and then you are providing phone numbers to a bunch of lenders that probably cannot meet the rates you are advertising... shame on you!
I never got a loan percentage estimate, but immediately got 2 calls, 3 emails, and 3 texts. Looks like I will be getting spam until I change phone numbers and emails. Thanks so much.
Why can't you just provide the rate without my phone number and then when you match me, I have to then call another lender? This company is stupid.

I am curious. I am disabled on social security disability. I do not think you can help me.
Says "calculate" no calculator. "No hidden fees". But of course there are fees.
I don't like giving out my contact info to random companies. Just show me current rates!
I should've known click bait. I can call my lenders now and get a rate, this site just takes all your info and then tells you to call a lender... awful and useless. Sending a note to BBB.
So far it's good but if I start getting phone calls fast and furious it will be a real turn off. Thank
Before I completed the form, my phone started ringing. I would like information online, not on the phone.
I don't want to include my phone number and get a bunch of cold calls.
Worked with cardinal & loan depot, cancelled on both.
I thought this would simply give me a payment amount and now I am getting bombarded with e-mails. Not at all what I expected.
Very good, quick, and on point. Helpful when time counts
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
