I was amazed that the moment (literally the second) I hit submit on my inquiry about loan options, my phone rang with first lender calling me. It was nice to hear from a few companies; although the options were similar, this helped ensure the validity of what I was being offered. In the end, the patience and knowledge shared with me from the company I chose to engage further with, allowed me to refinance my mortgage easily and confidently.
