The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I would like to win the sweepstake so I can take care of my family and buy me a home
I didn't ask for you to have people call me. The deal was to view rates and lenders.
Hi, my name is Bria. I like your company and want to refinance my house. So can you give me a respond to my email? Thanks
I'm just skeptical about providing my phone number. I really don't want a bunch of calls. Would much rather just receive emails.
What is the government program. Do retired people qualify?
I really can't give much feedback due to information regarding payments have not been given as of yet,
The information was self-explanatory! Allowing me the opportunity to answer each question with no problems.
It now says I will get a call. I do not want any offers right now. I was just looking.
I like dealing with someone face to face. Doing this inline takes the humanity out of the lending process.
Your add says that the lenders will pay off my mortgage. That's what I am interested. Also if I would refinance, I would honk the lender will pay all fees with regard to getting he loan, or actually one would not be lowering the existing loan but adding to it.
Wish I could of just got a quote online instead of being bothered by someone callings
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
