The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I understood I would get rate information. Instead all I got was companies & phone #s
I thought this was supposed to be a govt program. Not a mortgage co. And just because I don't want calls from lenders doesn't mean I don't need help
So far I wish my dreams will come true
That's what they choose for me
Email stated that I had a pending finance approval, including a reference number. Upon going to the web site I had to go through all the support detail again, resulting in a statement that the offers were not available. Sounds like a scam to me
As soon as I put my info in my phone rang. Now I will be bugged forever. Misleading.
It's kind of complicated and misleading. You said I have a $25,000.00 check but sure enough it was a survey. Please do not sell my info
It's unworkable that you request a phone #. I have tried your service before. I had to leave a fake one, lest I get inundated with calls for several days.
It won't let me finish the application. The computer chose this company. But my knowledge is this is a good company
Unfortuanately so far typical BS. I will get needless phone and statements like "those were last week's rates"
It's so soon to give an opinion. And my condo is paid in full. There is no place for that answer.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
