The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The applying experience was pretty easy, I hope the rest of the process is as positive and helpful.
Good Offer sounds good -
Mortgage rate for primary rate is very good
If your offer for heloc is with the same rate
It will work out for me
Offer sounds good -to pay off current 2 nd mortgage at the same rate as primary rate of 2.38 percent - sounds too good to believe.
I Don't want phone calls, unless I make them to your company.
It was fast and easy to answer questions. Calls came in quick too.
Easy and friendly website. Fast to fill in form. No personal information required.
Just learning about how home. It new to me you can use your home e. To help get the bills pay-off.
OK so far, but now you want 50 letters of stuff or information that I don't have time for..
So far, ok. Starts out with information that makes me hopeful. Then down i go. No help available.
Its ridiculous to enter all this info to be told at the end that someone will reach out. An approx rate should be generated at least.
It is a very misleading website. You talk as if I will see equity line rates and then you give my phone number out without my consent. I then get calls I don't want.
I got to this site because it showed a rate of 5.25% fixed. But, No rates were provided, and my information was passed on to other lenders without my consent. It feels like a phishing site!
I didnt expect a phone call within 3 seconds after hitting enter. I also didn't expect the caller to hang up on me in mid sentence when I told her I wasnt quite ready. You could at least be civil. Screen said Amerisave Mortgage. You can bet that is a company I will not do business with. Please do not contact me again.
It is good. Don't want another mortgage just a loan. Trying to make my credit better.
Don't want to be called by a ton of
Lenders and that is not what the ad offered. Said get your quote now. Go through all the info stage then you drop in there lenders will be calling you.
No thanks!
Good but hard to say being I have had no. Reply back maybe will soon
Fast. I was surprised to see someone call me even before I finished putting in the application. Thanks
Alright experience. Not really pleased that I am forced to fill out a survey before I can evaluate your results.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
