The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Fast service in looking for a loan. Every step of the process easy.
Quick and easy process would highly recommend to family and friends
Nice n easy! Seem anxious to help me with the application process.
The service is very fast, it amazes me how fats it is to get the service
Thank you very much
Fast and easy just wondering what the outcome will be. If it's good then 5 stars.
It was very quick fast and simple, I don't know about what type of discount I can get.
First I like to know do this work first. I do not want a second mortgage i just need get some of the equity from my house with out refinancing.
So far so good 😊 I haven't had much luck with them yet but my time is up for this soooo here's my issue with getting my deliveries in before the weekend is over
To early to tell at this moment time will tell and we will go from there
All I have done was fill out the starting app. No reason for a survey so soon
Is was ok however, I believe i should give my opinion once the whole transaction is completed.
I got no information with out getting phone calls. I just wanted to see how much I might be able to borrow
Great options nothing more beyond that. Just looking for fast information
Need to see the rates, not contact info. No value add here...
I'd rather not have a phone call. I don't want to talk to a salesman, nothing personal. Our house I'd paid for and has been for about 15 years. Due to my illness, we're struggling with credit card debt
I think I'm not gonna be able to do this. I don't want a huge loan just to pay off $15k in credit cards. I'm not late and I'm paying them off. The only think that drives me crazy is the rate, 30% to 35%. I wish I could get something lower.
I came here for rates, not a copy of the yellow pages. You haven't shown me anything I couldn't find on my own
Let me see the offers online I don't want to speak with anyone until I look things over
Just getting started I have not got approved yet hopefully I will
The process is very simple. But I definitely want to keep my same mortgage rate that I have.
My inquiry was done quickly and very accurately. I sincerely pray that this will be my last loan application.
Was okay, didn't have to wait very long. Did have a little trouble putting my information in.
Fast and easy, good so far, realy don't have much to say I don't really don't know you
I put all the infomation and did not give me anything. And getting bunch of phone calls. I was just curious. Very disappointing
Easy to understand and execute. Straight forward user interface.
16 emails in one day, one right after another was a bit much for a senior to believe!
Just curious about ad to keep our interest rate on our home will put the $$$$ to good use if we decide to move forward.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
