The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Show me thee rates so i can decide who to call. All i get is a bunch of lenders and no information. Now i gotta make a bunch of calls... like, why did i come to this site to begin with.
Sorry about not answering the phone I'm in the shower
I do not like doing this over and over
Th info collected should go out to multi lenders and then based on that info the lenders can contact and provide steps to firm quotes but don't make customer start all over with each lender that contacts them. Why use you to do it?
I hate having to give you all my information and all you gave me was a list... no rates, etc.
Your just giving me Probable Leander's not actually ones. I am throwing a freaking Hail Mary here because 5th third bank totaled screwed me over. I not only have I recently lost my roommate I am also disabled. Fifth third reported on my credit for three years a secured credit card so I could not get a refinance they got their judgment and now they're coming after my house frankly I think it was illegal and discrimination against a disabled party.
Very hard to figure out who is doing a mobile home loan tired of getting turned down
Unable to find a low mortgage for under $50,000 for a mobile home site is very misleading when looking for legitimate loan for a mobile home
I put my phone number in and people started calling within 3 seconds. Back off
There's no real information. I could have gotten phone numbers from any number of places.
Before anything even loaded I got a phone call from a mortgage company.
I do not like phone calls regarding the search. I want to initiate the calls once i review the offers
I dont see available rates even after filling out all that contact info
Looking for rates not just vendor names. I already know their names
Where are the interest rates you advertise for these companies?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
