The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Zero information other than names of lenders that are easily found using Google. No ballpark figures for mortgages. No hyperlink to click on each name to take them directly to their page. Yay—I just signed myself up for more spam calls and emails. Useless
I'm just getting home and pretty tire, but the questions were pretty simply and quick. Will be checking the list that was sent right away out tomorrow. Thank you, Mable Mathis
Interested in how this work and if the advertisement is true!
Nothing specific or direct. Another scam to get respondant's so they get paid for a respondant, even if they don't qualify for anything close to what thier ad promisd\ed.
There needs to be a section for active bankruptcy clients.
Promised current mortgage rates but after receiving all of my contact info only gave me the names of 4 mortgage lenders to contact. No rates, no options. I could have done that without giving you my pertinent info! What a waste of time!
Thank you for the info it's been really helpful bye
I followed all steps and, instead of getting a quote as promised, I am referred to a dozen brokerage companies who will ask me the same questions over again. Not honest! Not straightforward!
Fast service good help lots of choices friendly and on the spot
Good fast and great. Very fast with lenders. Just great
The Lengo leverage is interesting and helpful. I would like to know what it would mean for my credit, and employment enterest.
I have reinsured myself that I need a loan to work with the debts I presently have.
.. I hate phone calls. I prefer emails; then I can see everything in writing so there is no ". I didn't say that."
I like to be able to analyze the data verses be on the phone all day. This was quick to get at least some lender names
Not sure why this can't be done by email. I don't need 30 people calling 6 times each, which I can see has begun
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
