The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Website home page says,"won't affect credit", but You've Been Matched with Lenders" page says, "You are also providing Express Written Consent... to obtain your consumer credit report... That does affect your credit. Why would I trust anything else you say or any lender you refer me to?
You require to much info from me. I'm just shopping for rates
Narmin has been VERY good to work with! We are only at the start of the process yet, likely finishing most of it this afternoon. But I am impressed by what she has found thus far for me.
I'm surprised you have a prospect for me to finally have a chance to be a home owner.
I wanted rates, not a list of names. Now I am on a zillion lists and already getting spam calls! Please remove my information from your database
You gave me no information whatsoever... waste of my time
I like this service and appreciate it also. Thank you!
I wanted a list of rates. Instead I get a return email later. Not what I signed up for!
Stop collecting damn information and provide the rate - that's what we all come here for - what's so difficult about providing a simple rate just like the rest of the progressive world does it?!?
You lied and didn't even provide rates. Just put us into a spam ring
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
