The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't appreciate not seeing rates associated with the lenders you are suggessting before get a barrage of calls
I got a call right away and would have preferred an email.
I had not even completed finished the app on line and had people calling me already. I would like to first see some numbers in line and then decide to get a call back or not... I don't want people calling me without my consent.
First time let's see how it goes before I give feedback
You stated that you would show me your rates and you did not.
Great Experience doing all day what do you need me to do.
Sorry what kind of experience you are talking about?
No rates given. Only the promise of multiple emails and relentless phone calls
So far questions are quick to answer. But I am looking for unclaimed money. The questions are pertaining to refinance.
Good I guess i don't really know yet haven't had time to even talk to a lender
I am not going to give up hope, I have come to far to give up now.
You expect people to know what these questions mean cash flow estimate configure 3 big question with sliders I have no idea what your talking about and it also took a lot more than 2 minutes and I better not get a lot of phone calls from any on this list. It seems deceptive not from the start but now all these names rocket, how many more forms will the next guy have, This doesn't take 2 minutes does it? Maybe just the lend go part does. I despise plays on words to trip customers up. So i'm sure legally you are well within your rights. Why not show how many questions right from the get go, who the hell wants to be in Disney Land wondering after each turn, Had I seen your question list I would not be writing this right now. Between the scammers and this kind of stuff it just makes me sick. The irony, Is you very well may have a great deal for me and all kinds of savings. I don"t like this blind what's the next question and how many more questions. IT'; s not just you its everyone! What not go the other way and you might impress a lot of people. I'm upset that you now have my e-mail and other information, If I knew where this was going I simply wouoldn6t have done this. And it's policies like these that make me Leary of the next e-mail offer. I get so much junk scam mail I can no longer tell where the real bills are. So there is your feedback. How would you like to read this and check off after everysentance just so you could find out how long this complaint will continue. YOU WOULD NR IKE IT. So why put others tree it? Enjoy my feedback, and sadly you might really have something great hear but you've complexly turned me of, and I'm sure countless others would air least agree. Put all the questions visible from the first click. Happy now? Please dont harries me in the future. Thank You! There are a few types errors but I've spent enough time on this in hope of changing companies ways of doing things. I suppose its hopeless. THE END
I did not get a definite approval for a lender like I was hoping for.
So far, your the only company to find me a possible match to get approved. That's a plus!
Would like refinance and/or equity loan sent through the mail because I have issues with focus and memory. I don't actually know where my financial paperwork is at this time.
I wpuld have liked to explain I have 2 houses. Live in one but want fix up both to live in one and fix up the other
I'm just curious I own a mobile home I really can't afford a new home I'm on a fixed income not really wanting a loan but sorry thank you for your time
The option to receive the information requested as you select option should be available to give I right away with out the need of a call to our direct cell. I am looking to see what interest rate is available for refinancing our home, when I provided my email the response should state you will send detail information to my email of what you are able to offer, with examples of new reduction of mortgage payment.
This is a scam. This is supposed to more about the Biden Passes Mortgage Stimulus Bill. This is only to get people to refinance.
There is no reason that a man with an excellent credit score shouldn't be able to get a home loan from any lender. I own my home outright with nothing against it. After the sale of my home I could have paid off the loan but no lender will finance. I will never try this lender again and won. T recommend. Thanks for your time
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
