I apply to know fast preliminary results. I would like to know the result whiteout have to receive a bunch of calls because I am busy now and everybody is calling me, I can't take the phone calls now, I am working.

I wanted to know what rates were available to me, but after inputting all my information, all I got was a bunch of calls to my cell phone with high pressure sales. With Good to Excellent credit, all I want to know is what rates are available to me.

I'm just looking for average rates and do not want anyone calling me or spamming my inbox! Is it so hard to just say "the rates vary between 2 and 4 %?

I haven't had a chance to have one. Much, bc before I couldn't finish reading... Rocket called me 4 times they won't refinance me bc my house is a 2100 sq ft. Double-wide on a very permanent foundation.

I was expecting rates to show rather than get spammed with calls. Blocking all the numbers that call me now.

Your initial ad said I could find a new rate in 2 minutes. I gave all into requested and was given a list of lenders, Not a potential new rate. Your ad was a lost leader. You guys SUCK!

This is the best interest rate for me and my family for more than 15 years. Also, I will finally be able to get upgraded systems to our home to reduce overall replacements that are carbon neutral or much better for us, new technologies that will help us save a great deal of income that we don't really have any alternative since we bought this home in 1998.
