I thought I would get the rates after I gave my information and I would be able to choose what I need and want. If this is not the case why do you ask for the information? I don't want people to be calling me and be asking again the same questions. I think is not a good policy. It would make me lose my time and the lending people also. I have refinanced before the old way, when I had the rates straightforward and I called to whom I choose It was more honest and faster. Thank you.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
