The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Why sould i be satisfied with a lender contact? Why should i not be able to continue until the final step of refig the loan?
Does not give rates as promised. You enter a bunch of info and they send your info to 3rd parties to contact you. Not as advertised.
What is cost to refinance? Hard to believe it cost nothing. I don't think it's real. I
Curiously checking an opportunity to manage future (!?!)plans.
Questionnaire was pretty easy to navigate. So far so good.
I didn't want someone to call me. Just let me complete the application online.
I don't know I'm just filling this out so I really don't know how to describe my experience yet

This is a waste of time. I don't want to see phone numbers. I want to see the rates
Lenders too eager, called before I had entered all my info
Just fine, good idea. So glad for this opportunity to become solvent. Many thanks!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
