Wish I could just find on line information without giving a phone number

I'm rating it at the moment based on the ease of submitting the information, however, I'm waiting to see if I just get a list of mortgage companies OR actual (potential) offers.

It's been okay, right now I'm just looking to see what is out there

Would like to not have my phone number given and be able to contact on my own

I've no experience w/ this site, I cant fairly rate it's functionality.

Have lots of questions. My case is not usual. Also, my husband died August 19, 2021.We we're halfway thru paying our Chptr 13 Bankruptcy, which we had to file as a result of caring for my elderly parents, for several years before they died. I'm an Rn, and only child. Had to leave my career to take care of them. My husband and I had to invest all of our savings, to repair major problems in my parents home, such as having the entire house raised 14 inches up out of the foundation, it had sunken down into Inside floors were slanted, you could set a ball down, and it would roll across the entire downstairs, the angle was so sharp. My parents had no life insurance. We had to pay for funerals, as well as many healthcare supplies almost daily. We had no cushion in savings left. Plus we were raising our 2 young children, which is not cheap as you know They are grown now
The house has been paid off for over 25 years. No loans, equity lines, etc on it I do NOT want to pay rent or mortgage I want to pay cash from the sale if my house. It is in a highly desirable upoerclass neighborhood, where most sell for close or more than a million. Mine has been assessed in the middle to upper $600,000 range, however because it has deteriorated in many ways inside since my parent's death, and as much as we wanted to fix it like new, our savings were long depleted. I'm 63, extremely active The majority of my classmates since first grade still live in area and I was raised there as well. I can not live in one of the worse parts of my hometown. I would walk out today, and move, but what money I make from this sale, is what has to buy my future home, where I plan to stay Is there any hope? Oh, forgot to mention, our land is about the largest, most desirable in entire neighborhood. Nobody can build directly behind us, as it is a county easement Very wooded lot with large beaiful creek running through entire yard. I want to move ASAP! Any advice?

I guess they are ok. They don't tell you anything so I couldn't make a decision if I wanted to proceed to a lender.
