The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Well it said within 2 min I'd know my results from 5 lenders and that's not it at all still have to fill out all of it again
For once I did not get sent from site to site it was quick and easy
Stop forcing my personal data collection before showing rates. I am not your free data
Wonderful I think this is a very nice way to search for financing a home.
I just want to finish house for my son's. Their mother passed
I'm hopeful too turn my situation around. This house has been a real roller coaster ride since 2015.
I got a call within 10 seconds of filling out my phone number. That is irritating to say the least. It said I would find out if I qualified, not being called immediately. This is irritating in the extreme.
Didn't expect my phone to ring off the hook late at night by lenders
Roof is leaking real bad I need Windows in the floors are the floor
Site suggests customer can view offers without being disturbed but I was inundated/ barnstormed with calls and texts even as I completed filling out your inquiry form... Wrong sequencing- show anticipated rates FIRST then have an icon to click on in order to speak to a specific company. You should also offer 'credentials' for each lender so people don't inadvertently reach out to a Fleet Financial calibre institution that has simply re-branded but still scamming Senior Citizens
Good and fast responded as I went through the pages
No idea of the rates 2.5% that lured me to enter info to find lenders
I'm at work right now but you can call me back when you get this message please
You are asking for too much information. I don't want a bunch of sale people spamming. You bait and switch and I HATE that so much that I actually took the time to tell you this.
I haven't been here long enough to make an opinion..
I was under the impression you were helping find a lender not a credit repair place?
You said you would show me rates but that didn't $#*!ing happen. So go screw!
The Lendgo advertisement states a low percentage rate and offers you an opportunity to see the low rates once you put all your personal information into the system, but it does not display any rates for you, it simply sends your info to companies and now you will be contacted by these companies that have your info. So you do not get the opportunity to see the rates the Lendgo promised…. You are simply referred to other companies.
You guys are deceiving people to fill out the form and not be ready to provide interest rates that are similar to those that are posted. Unethical.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
