Stated you valued privacy and would not share email, but the next screen showed that you were finding lenders. Next my phone and email will blow up. I already was skeptical of the rates you advertised given that rates have not been that low since below Christmas and are now at about 4%. I will reserve judgement until I talk to these lenders. However, if they do not come in with raes near those advertised, I will make a complaint. I am tired of being treated poorly when trying to find a mortgage.
Why do you always have to give phone numbers and personal contact info just to get some quotes or information? You need to tell people up front that all you're going to do is match them with lenders that can easily be found by Google.

The ad says it gonna show me rates. Then it collects all my info and says lenders will contact me. It shows me no rates, and I don't need an ad to take me to other ads

My home property will be debt free in June. I owe 25,000 on 30acre farm purchased in 2003. Own debt free. 300acres. Have neglected this property would like to repair bldgs.
The lenders were prompt and positive. One of them talked about his dogs.
