The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Simple but effective. Easy navigation. Not a lot of flashy ads.
It's been okay. A little bit fast-paced this early in the morning.
I was interested to see what lenders would be interested in lending to someone with my qualifications. I didn't want my info to be pulled and verified. Only wanted to know if someone like me had options. This was a waste of time
I Han not gotten a offer a this time and I am not having to put anything down on the house when I find one I seen a few but they said $1600 down and $1600 to move in but I don't have that kinda money.
I don't normally give my information over the phone. I prefer a person to speak to.
Normal experience just trying to gather some information
I don't rate nothing for the mere fact is that it gave me no results for nothing they just wanted my phone number therefore they can continue to call my phone sometimes back to back 3 to 10 times a day, not 2 sec. After you put your phone number in the space my phone starts ringing..
Don't want calls just because phone number is listed never made it past the quotes page before the phone started ringing very annoying
Wanted to find out right away not have to wait for all these contacts to reach out.
Only filled this out because I was forced to. Not interested in a loan at this time. Possibly in future.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
