The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Thanks for info but you should consider loans for people that house fully paid off and good income not just a credit score number
I'm trying to purchase a home by myself on a fixed income through Social Security retirement
After collecting all personal information, no rates were displayed.
Why do I need to provide phone number?
Email is preferable
You advertise that you would give an estimate. Not have 1001 people call
So far its good but I do have some concerns... easier to text and I would appreciate texting instead of calling, I'm working.
You misled me! You promised to provide a list of lenders. Now I'm going to get swamped with phone calls FROM lenders!
Shame on you!
I don't see the point of your service. I can look up those numbers myself.
You didn't show me the rates. WTF good is this? I could find the lenders myself.
Did nothing for me except create multiple junk phone calls
I am pleased I hope you can help me soon I would like buy house
I didn't know this was a lender broker until it was to late. I DO NOT want calls from a bunch of lenders. If you can e-mail me some quotes as advertised, that would be wonderful. I am hard of hearing one don't like struggling with the phone. Please tell them all, no phone calls please!
So far great, pay off loan faster, an save money if possible
Good. The questionnaire was easy to navigate and also short.
I am just seeing if I can afford a home of my own now I'm gonna receive a bunch of phone calls. Please do not e-mail or call. Please delete all my information
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
