The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Too many emails and worried about accuracy of quotes because no information was taken
Lenders who have called me so far have no knowledge of a "rate and term option".
I don't want to be contacted. It' says we will see what lenders and now I'm going to have everyone calling and annoy me.
I don't think that I will get a lender to help us!
Does not say 'what are they going to do with the info'.
I have been trying to find a lender for about a month. Im a Mom with three children, I would like to purchase a home in a few months. I'm very grateful for the opportunity..

Too much personal info requested, w/no real feedback re refinance query. Also, options for data entry don't conform well to the specific situation. And no opportunity to add additional info or explanation. Finally, we don't like dealing w/bots and/or algorithms in the absence of an actual person, a marketing turnoff from many websites & you don't seem to be any different.
Good I like what they are trying to do and help us out.
It was stated no phone calls and now you are going to start calling me.
Great hope I can get the help I need to better my life
So far okay but false rating cause you have not did anything except log me on and try to get a rate before work. No. No. No.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
