The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I do not like that I was expected to offer up my personal information, especially my phone number. I DO NOT want unsolicited calls. If I want to speak to an actual lender, I'll call them...
Phone calls started before the application was complete.
YOur add is misleading- it asks people if they want to pay off there mortgage sooner- with a government program. Horrible marketing.
It's been real, it's been fun, however I'm done. We all need a vacation huh?!
Quick and easy to understand. Agent was patient and explained my questions in detail
I was not being told that someone will start contact me, I thought I can check it out myself based on this add. Very misleading
Cant give more than a middle score as you have done nothing for me yet
The original ad didn't say anything about receiving calls. I will not answer. They can email what they need to know.
Your add, does not tell me off the bat, what your intentions are
I thought you were direct lencer not a lenders finder.
Do not reply back get me off your mailing list.
In the end, you don't get a rate. All I wanted was to see some rates to make estimates to see if I should consider a purchase. Now I'll have to deal with call from agents for weeks. This is BS. I'll remember not to go to this website in the future.
Yeah but email said I want money now you want me to buy a house there's a piece of land I want to buy it but now you doing fine job
We need funds for home improvement and repairs and money to pay off small bills and tires, and to catch up on our mortgage that is only one month behind and to pay our flood insurance that's coming up soon $500.00
I can only text don't call texting only please thank you cancer if you're blwonderingm
All it does is show me who I can go to to see their rates not yours.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
