The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

This looks like a scam and doesn't give me concrete numbers that I could save, just tells me to call a lender
I made a mistake while filling out the application and l cannot go back and correct it.
No rates shown as indicated... so it is a come on in rather than here is your rate.
Highly misleading CA fixed rate at 3,50%
So far it's been very simple filling in information.
Your advertisement was for a 3.99 apr. I have not seen an offer from these proposed lender that states they are willing to even consider that.
You are calling before I view results. Slow down! I contacted you.
I don't like leaving my email and phone number, just to get an indicative mortgage rate. My experience is that leaving such information results in a deluge of unwanted calls and emails that are SO hard to stop.
I only wanted to see what was available on line... i should of realized my phone would be ringing off the flipping hook geez "(
My experience with website browsing is very so far
Just a funnel to loan companies. Ad was intentionally obscure and made it seem like it was a government program or grant. They just put you at the top of a bunch of call list and bombard you will loan calls.
I have not spoken to a representative yet to access if this program is valid.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
