The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

People like need help in try to get the best to get right. But thanks for your help.no
All leads have not been for a loan that would fit our scenario.
Was simple but not sure what results I will get yet.
I don't see the rates. You give me the company's name but no rate and everyone will start calling. I don't like it
Your full of false hopes and lies. Mortgage rates are going up right now not down, so most people currently locked in would be stupid to refinance right now as rates are higher then there previous, and that is the whole country. Nothing you could do to change that
So far so good I have poor credit score do to Covid -19 and a divorce all with in the same time frame but currently have relocated and changed occupations. Over 8,000 a month as a contractor
This was such a bait and switch cheap shot. The ad promotes a 'special government program' but in reality your just pfishing for my info. Shame on you and your tactics. Please remove my info and do not contact me.
I completed the information requests, then my phone began ringing off the hook and no one answered; disturbing and frustrating.
I hate these type of finishing so called "offers". All I want is the info, then if I choose to proceed, I will contact you … not be harassed by continuous sales calls! These type of ads should be outlawed! It just wasted my time!
You didn't provide any valuable information, just get my data, totally useless
Good luck it will be good for you guys to help me out with some money
I immediately started to get phone calls... not what I was looking for!
People start calling you from everywhere instead of just giving you Choices online where you're putting in the information. That would be better especially since the site doesn't tell you that people would be calling you.
Questionable, just wants to know what the cost is..
This is easy n fast to understanding with a excellent job
I can look up lenders myself. This was of no assistance. I do not wish to be contacted this way.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
