The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Still in question as to whether or not I should do this. Need telephone conversation.
I received a phone call instantly… I'm literally looking to see how much I can afford. Don't call me
I do not need to consolidate as I already have sent in death certificates ( husband died leaving behind extra bills) which insurance has covered. What is left at the credit bureau I need to get a loamn and lay off as all creditors have been notified
I just want to pay off my house so I can fix it better
Just wanted a quote here on phone or email. No phone calls now.
Just started the process. I'll comment at length upon the award of new funding. Your offering sounds VERY useful.
Thank you for the opportunity to move forward with a better mortgage.
I don't like having to give a phone number and get calls immediately. Moreover it did not yield any estimated mortgage costs that others offer. Won't make the mistake of using you again.
Hello I don't know what to say about you because I never heard of you
Hello I'm not sure about who you are this is my first time reaching out to you concerning my mortgage
Didn't provide any information about what was quoted. Just an opportunity to sale something
It did explain whether this was credit check. The original add came from what appears to be an official government organization. I feel deceptive.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
