The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Where's info. I want results not some generic phone call fraud falls advertising
I should have more information to go on before giving out my name and number.
I do not appreciate this type of "a-ha gotcha" advertising.
Do not contact me.
I was expecting specific information, not an immediate deluge of calls, texts and emails.
You should provide rates. I resent having to give up personal information without getting information. I don't want to be contacted by lenders, I want to see what my options are and choose who to reach out to.
I don't want phone calls, i gave my email address, have lenders send an email!
Already had a phone call before I even finished the form!
You should just not ask for my name, email address, and phone number. That belongs on "$#*!design" subreddit.
Need to explain how the program works in a little more detail. The attraction is there but I almost didn't look into this but knowing how this works from other sites I tried it.
The lady was very polite and she's sending me information to my email.
You should not miss lead people these loan companies will be continually contacting me with no real solution to my issues. You need to give me the opportunity to say weather I want them to contact me or not that's why you got one star
After asking several personal questions all it did was provide me a list of names of companies that I could have gotten with a general search anyway. Even though it said it would give rates all it has done is put my email and phone number out there for a bunch of those folks to call. I wanted company name with their current rates and all I got was a list of possible lenders. Very disappointing

We can't find any matches for you, then gives reasons, seems like nothing but a way to get info/data. How many and how long will you send messages to my email, and will they ACTUALLY be relevant?
I'm sick of the culture of trapping mortgage shoppers and wearing them down with countless calls and obfuscated rates and fees. I want a provider that gets transparent estimates prior to giving additional information. I know UW a loan can change rates and income and other issues can effect ability to borrow but make the consumer experience of shopping around less of a headache already. It used to be you could get transparent rates without any emails or phone numbers a.

Don't have any money for a house at this time sorry but please don't call me back
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
