The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Well right now, I'm still waiting to see the out come
I was expecting to see rates and options, not a list of people who will call me 1000 times a day
I will do believe that it's interesting in how you are operate your company well I am trying to get a loan for a two-bedroom house ever since of the first of the year and I have not got a loan yet for a two-bedroom house PS Roger
It is great to be able to live in the United States of America 59 years and tried to buy a home it is great God bless America
I just wanted a general quote based on the info that I gave. I really don't want to talk to anyone.
No information yet, although I gave significant info.
Don't want a bunch of phone calls or a direct quote of possibilities
Own my home. I need a small loan. As work has slowed down. But rebounding. First app to look at.
Not of any use just a scam to get personal information
Nothing said that you were going to send my info to multiple lenders. Now I will get pestered by them. NOT GOOD
I thought I was going to get an amount for a loan. Its a joke
Your website said that we would SEE OFFERS. Once again you suckered people in with no intention of letting us SEE anything. I don't want multiple people calling me over and over. Thanks for nothing.
It's slow, tedious & hasn't provided any information yet.
No rates given only numerous phone calls from matching services.
No where are any rates given. A Waste of my time.
Thank you for the update and the update and prayers
I have been trying to find the details on getting on the Freddie Mac program and some of the companies I think you have referred me to in the past seem to know nothing about getting on it!
I asked to see rates -- NOT get marketing pitches from every $#*!ing lender on the planet. You're just one more scumbag.
Looking forward too fine out of my dreams come true
You sau that I will be able to view the lenders, but they started calling and I never got to view who and what they were offering. I don't want a bunch of phone calls. This felt like bait and switch.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
