The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very quick and helpful is wat I experienced on lend go
So far easy to work with just thought I give it a try.
Very deceptive, Ad advice as it will reveal to you what you will receive not that you're gonna now get spammed by a bunch of lenders calling you I do not appreciate that.
Seems legit and pretty easy to follow instructions.

No rates shown. Only saw the lenders and now they will start calling me non stop.
I own my home fully no mortgage, in need if an investment property
Just like all the other apps as you say, right after we do the calculations your numbers will be right up. No now I have to talk to someone! That is the last thing that I wanted to do.
I was expecting an answer immediately. Why not make me an offer immediately... I don't answer unknown numbers.
Not too bad, would like it to be less time to fill out information
You lead me on a wild goose chase and then expect me to give a good rating? No.
I feel that I didn't get the information that I was looking for I gave you all the information you were asking for about me and all I got was a bunch of advertising that I could have gotten anywhere on the internet without lindgo now I'm on a list that's going to be called endlessly and my email is going to be sent spam for the next two years probably. Oh Joy.
Have asked Lender recently; do not desire more calls.
I do not wish to receive phone calls. You may contact me via email.
I was hoping for a quote not someone checking my credit without a real estate to solve a problem
My house is really old, I really need to upgrade everything.
When someone tries out this site just out of curiosity you are relentless in your phone calls and emails it is ridiculous that you do not stop calling and the amount of calls is crazy sometimes up to seven calls a day do you think that is anyway to get people more interested in you by harassing them continually? I know if I wanted to speak with you I would call you and then you probably wouldn't answer. Give it a rest if people want to ask you questions about what you have to offer they will contact you quit harassing them.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
