What is the rest of refinancing story. Example: Mortgage balance, $56,777. Prop Value roughly 150,000. I need 20,000 from equity to payoff debts.My interest rate now is 5.5% I have been in my home for 19 years, and don't want another 30 year mortgage. I need more info that will explain my question.

Received a call before I was able to view any info
It was fine but the email portion was not user friendly nor was my address. It continually kept putting in the wrong city and state
I wanted lenders in Georgia, to be able to have face to face meeting. Someone close to my home, only calls I received are from out of state reps.
I don't want phone calls and I'm not getting any idea of what interest rates would be
