The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

What is the rest of refinancing story. Example: Mortgage balance, $56,777. Prop Value roughly 150,000. I need 20,000 from equity to payoff debts. My interest rate now is 5.5% I have been in my home for 19 years, and don't want another 30 year mortgage. I need more info that will explain my question.
As long as it continues to go like it has so far good deal but if not then I will be disappointed
I just wanted to find out more about the Fed mortgage assistance program - not have a bunch of lenders calling & emailing constantly. Been there, done that, & don't like it. I want to opt out of this. Discard my contact info!
Received a call before I was able to view any info
I wanted lenders in Georgia, to be able to have face to face meeting. Someone close to my home, only calls I received are from out of state reps.
I don't want phone calls and I'm not getting any idea of what interest rates would be
I don't want to be contacted by lenders. You didn't say I'd be contacted you said you'd give me the information.
I don't want people calling me
Just give me a number!
Info asked is not enough make any determination for a lender. Only enough to add my data to a cold call listing.
It didn't list any of the rates. It's having me call all of the lenders
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
