I was looking to get rates shown to me, not get a ton of calls immediately from lenders.
I don't like that we are required to provide phone number in order to get quotes. I'm on a break at work, which is only time free to submit inquiry. Lenders gone for the day when my workday ends. So I can't inform them "Do not call!" Contact by email to arrange phone consult!
I do need to give personal info to find out the current rates available from a lender and then even after doing so I didn't get any rates, only a lender's name

I had an issue with them in the past. They're discriminating. I had a paid off house and they didn't give me a small amount of mortgage for fixing it up. On the same time, they're lending money for renters, who never were responsible enough to buy a house

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
