The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I hadn't even finished the screen before I received 2 phone calls and a text message!
I thought I would get to see some terms and decide who to talk to. Very aggressive!
I would not give a higher score being I do not know what the rates, monthly payment, or anything else at this point of time. The lenders that showed up are questionable at best. I know they are large firms, but I know that have had a questionable past.
It seems that their is false info on here about help programs
This is only to get a phone number. It promised a free quote on line. Where is the quote. The reason I requested a quote is because I don't want to be bothered with a telemarketer.
You did not indicate at first you are going to need my personal information
I am afraid of getting a bunch of calls and emails
I want to pay my mortgage off so I can have more money to be able to have a more worry free relief.
Quick and easy to find a mortgage lender here! Good for business.
To soon to tell... I hope I get more email or texts than calls
Not enough pre-decision info. Don't like being deluged by salespeople or misled as to how "easy" it is
Was just looking to see what is the best rate I can gain. If it will beat my 2.3% 14 year current mortgage I have.
I could really use the help n it's greatly appreciated
The opinion survey pops up way to soon. I DO NOT WANT ALOT OF PHONE CALLS! I CANNOT MAKE THIS CLEAR ENOUGH. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CALL ME!
There should be a question about the home you are living in. Mine is paid for. No mortgage. There is never that option. I won't be putting a down payment on it, I will pay it off when my house sells.
Uncomfortable giving information to an unknown entity
This is a great site provided I don't get 500 calls and texts tomorrow.
Very easy to fill out all the questions and very quick responses
You are having me give all of my info, give me members and I do not get how much I'm sources for. Just phone numbers to call
Looking for one bedroom apartment around the first or third
Nothing difficult but we will wait for a final verdict until the end…
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
