The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I didn't ask to call/email me. I asked for a quote. Be aware that I will not answer calls/email from your "contacts."

Well you haven't told me anything yet but you are already asking for me to fill out surveys
Before I can give you five stars I have to see if this ad is like every once else see if it's real or is this just something to real you in I am so sick of that to sign in and then find out I got to give up $10,000 of my equity in my house just to get money out please be different
Let me get back to you after I get the final results from the lenders
Did not want a bunch of calls, just rate estimates
You take all my info saying you're going to show me a rate, but then you scammers never show me a rate. All you're doing is going to sell my info, and I'll get a bunch of phone calls.
I thought that they would buy my home but let me keep the money, But they would have the deed to my house so when I passed away they could have it
I've dealt with search engines before. I don't like inputting my phone number. My phone blows up as soon as I do that. Prefer lenders email me and I will reach out when I see something appealing.
It is not very favorable at this time. Not enough choices to chose proper answers.
To early to ask for my opinion. All that has happened so far was data was entered.
Fast process but kind of opaque about who uses the information provided. Nothing special about the search results. Could have figured out the lenders from internet ads.
I need your information about refinancing but would prefer it in writing. As I discuss everything with my children.
Fine I did not make phone did I just told you my phone did
Organized., straight forward. This will give me a quick tool to make a decision by tomorrow morning after I sleep on it
My experience was very satisfying and the task was completed expeditiously.
The minute I gave my phone number I had three robo calls. My worst nightmare. I thought this would be a legitimate source since I owe nothing on a home worth over a million and my credit is very good. You sent the worst of lenders like loan depot who are notorious for high rates and tons of paperwork. They make you jump through hoops. This is very discouraging. Please send only local banks which respect the high end area the home is in. Not a chain lender where I am talking to someone in NJ about a property in CA.
Very helpful and kind helping me understand what I can do to better my life and take away the everyday stress. Thanks Lendgo
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
