You left out a few important details. Like are you behind on payments. I am and I've done couple similar inquiries and then get a ton of salesman who waist my valuable time.the reason I want the refinance is to get caught up on my payments witch to me sounds like this guy cares about his home because hes using the money to keep it witch should be an encouraging point from the lenders point of veiw but they all say no. So if what I said dont sound accurate to you pls dont waist my time. Thanks
