The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I suggest that you revamp the format of this questionaire.
It seems as though you can combine questions as pairs or groups (ex., select all that apply*).
This just might streamline the onboarding of prospects?
My home is worth a little more than you have estimated. I spoke with a realtor recently and it is worth $200,000. And you have only only given me about $170,000. For my home…

The message that I clicked on said I could see an estimated payment, NOT apply for an f@#$%&* loan. I just wanted to see what my payment would be IF I decided to go this route.

It's really crappy that you take all the info, and then don't give you any info online immediately 100 people call you right way, when I just want some basic info first
The advertising to get customers to provide information is misleading. I am not able to see any lender rates.
Would rather have information sent via email prior to someone calling

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
