I'm interested in borrowing against a house I own and don't owe any money on it.
I wanted to receive information but not be "attacked" by salespeople.
I immediately started getting solicitation calls! I wanted an online process, not to bombarded with phone calls.
I asked for a rate. Instead, I get places to call, which I already had, if you advertise that you are going to give me a rate, how about doing that? Is it that hard to be truthful?
