The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Delayed, disappointing. Seemed like
An excellent POSSIBLE direction for us.
We are 100% current with mortgage.
Sounds like another rejection (so far).
Frustrating.
Very smooth, easy, user-friendly so far…
Didn't get the numbers (refinance Amy, rate, etc that was promised in the ad. Just a lot of people calling.
Lenders called immediately, but don't even know what I'm looking for and seemed confused. Not helpful to provide the info up front and then have to repeat it again - then they didn't want to help with my loan level - waste of time.
So far so good but need more info before a phone call
To find Lenders was really fast and easy... Thank you
Instantly got spam. Definitely not working with you.
Very nice Lady we worked with.
I thought this was something I could do on line, and was surprised to get a phone call in order to finish the application.
1. I received a call from a lender in the middle of my filling out the form. Totally unproductive and intrusive.
2. I expected some rates and all costs associated with the response. Instead the response was worth exactly zero. I expected something and got nothing.
I did this because it was stated that I would receive a quote right away
Everything was fast and to the point no hassle answering questions
This took me to a credit repair site rather than a lending site.
I am not getting the information you said I'd get
I am going to be bombarded with calls from all over the country
Did not give me any information just passed along my contact information.
Hate that I can't see rates right away or at least estimates. Hate having to wait and be bombarded with 15 calls a day from the lenders you selected.
Quick and easy so far. This is only a rating on these 3 minutes i have been on the site
Look forward to speaking with loan representative to determine its viability.
Shouldn't need to fill out personal info like name, phone number, email for rates. Seems like data gathering to sell
Very good thanks Quick, clear and complete And understand
Just trying to get a quick custom rate check and was only redirected to numbers that are supposed to call. They spam the heck out of your email and phone! Don't do it.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
