The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It said you would show me quotes I don't want a bunch of Lenders calling
I await how much harassment I will get from "money lending" high pitch, relent less salespeople. I want a mailing—- not multiple emails or more than one phone call.
The ad says you'd give me rates, but now a bunch of lenders will be calling me.
Trying to see how much and if I get approved first then il leave a comment
Easy and quick but I'm skeptical and don't want a million phone calls
Please re-write your program
It's a complete waste of my time to fix your computer when trying to input my data
It's enough of an aggravation that I won't be back
Don't have time yet but I'll look into this tomorrow then you'll get her ok then they did get her
I need a 25 to $5,000 loan to purchase a vehicle or a trailer because if not I could possibly be homeless in the next 10 days person was renting was sold the house.
Good so far. Just looking and it came on my text message
Still cautious about refinancing with a different lender
Too soon to tell yet. I'll let you know after I see what happens.
I was hoping for a quote of an approximate percentage rate I should be expecting for my credit rating. I am merely doing research before attempting to sell my house in order to buy another. Not interested in having my phone bombarded with phone calls I have no time for, as I work 3rd shift. These calls can be endless, repeated, and annoying. It was a red flag when my phone number was requested, even after I just indicated I do not want to be contacted. I understood the info I sought would be digital after all questions were answered.
Never gave info as led to believe you would receive
Thank s for taking time to help and guide us to a lender, cause we had no idea of which way to go.
So far this has been quick. I just want to know how low we can get our monthly mortgage payments.
I am going to see what's going on first before I take any further actions I can't rate so far.
Trying to find my equity but I don't think it's that much
Could not show me lenders so it was a waste of time!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
