You said you would quote me some rates you didn't do that you want people calling me quote me a rate then I'll call you Rates have increased considerably I know you can't beat the rate I have now but my equity has grown I need 75,000. To do some work pay some bills and have some money in the bank but I can't afford a big increase in my payments my mortgage payment is 1,305. A month insurance included you can't beat that not with what the rates are now
