The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Misleading add. It's another click bait that wants me personal info and then I'll be flooded with calls from telemarketers which I do not want. I thought it would give a rate rather than have lenders call me which is why I give fake emails and phone numbers and then find it's nothing more than click bait.
Seems like the system just wants my contact information
Very positive and stress free.Easy to read and understand.
Dislike receiving sales calls when only doing research.
I'm hoping you can work with me so far a good experience
I want an estimate of a refinance. I don't want phone calls from lenders when I'm just looking to see what my options are.
It says 60 seconds hopefully 60 seconds and I'll be done.
Why call me. It should be my choice to call them. So much for not sharing information.
First time dealing with lenders for remodeling.I have O mortgage paid 93,000. Cash for home
I love what you guys say to me but I do really need the money and I've never got anything yet
You promote 4.75% on google and then after filling form tell us that lenders will contact me. I want to see rates right away not be a marketing bait.
Catchy was trying to see what my benefit would be worth
Not sure yet. Depends on if it works or not. Or if it's just false ads wanting your info.
Okay, need more specific information.wh what specifically do you offer? How quickly can you send information? What is the Name of your business?
Took way longer than 2 minutes and definitely did not give me the price it's telling me I have to wait now so I don't recommend it
This is no help at all if you need to wait for a phone call, give me an estimate and let me decide yes or no. Don't want to talk to an high pressure sale person. I could have made that call all on my own...
I need instant results I don't need to speak need see the figures and terms in black and white fitst
It's been okay they just asked for basic information but I really wasn't trying to buy a house I was trying to get help paying my rent but I can see about buying a house with my income now
Am busy right now I need this account to be signing please
So far so good got another star for ya if I get the refi lol
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
