The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I put in my info and your site shows me nothing. You're worthless.
I do not want to give out unnecessary information. Bated to asked for rate
No rate provided. Bait and switch. I will be providing same feedback on google and Aaa rating
To much emphasis on personal information and securing a lead
Very lonely existence. Small support system not utilized properly
Just answered your question not sure what you want me to say
Your company only provides amounts for people that still have a mortgage. I'm looking to renovate my home and the ad said Ohio has a special program for renovation renovation. I owe zero on my home so I don't know if I've even qualify because I don't know if there was equity in the house or no I have no idea. Thank you.
It was nice it wasn't hard at or it was reasonable questions and I'd like the questions I like it if I receive the gifts and things that they said that I will receive that's the whole thing that we're waiting for the proof is in the pudding
I wanted information on line, which I was lead to believe I was getting. I don't want someone to call me!
Don't like people calling b4 I'm done filling out form
I didn't know that I could borrow money while I'm in bankruptcy just need some money to catch up at my house payments
Your marketing is deceiving. I should have known better. Rates are too high. No way to get a good rate. But your marketing suggests it will be a lowercase. I imagine now I will get numerous phone calls.
Haven't had time to complete this yet. But so far, no complaints.
Have not gotten into this enough to give an opinion
I do not want to be forced into giving my phone number. Can we please simply just receive information without giving up our right to privacy?
Well I don't l e n d o go very well it came up on my internet and I went ahead and applied for to see if I qualify for loan and so so far I guess everything's fine
You know this is my fir
St time of loan I think this is the best of all
Informing and makes me hopeful to see that there is opportunity out there makes me not want to give up
Ok, but opens the door to endless calls, which are annoying in the extreme.
I very much prefer email contacts
I just want to get an idea, and how much is the value of my house. Didn't know I was going to get the lending company's contacting me
My experience so far has been pleasant, thank you for the platform!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
