The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very easy to find lenders and can choose who I wish to speak with!
This site is useless. I wanted to see what my equity was. I didn't need to get ten different lenders to contact me. I have a great credit score! What a joke!
I wished to get the information in writing. What I got was telephone calls on recorded lines and I do not allow. So very disapointed that a person is unable to get communications in writing and at the least, not being recorded! This experince gets send up and posted in our seniors' group.
You can't be serious I am in jail at present for fraud and you are offering me a loan
Thought I would be given my rate options after inputting info. Feel sorta mislead. I just want to see the lender quotes together. I don't necessarily want to talk to someone at this point. My time is too valuable.
I was trying to get my email off your spam page and it will not let me. So enjoy my review

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
