The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

All you want is info now we get harassed with phone calls
I didn't finish application phone ringing off the hook. I only wanted info. Not stress of talking to strangers.

I am skeptical to do this but just trying hard to see if I can pay my credit card debt with it. Around 55,000!

Obtaining a quote and finding a lender was real quick.

So far so good. I will give a new rating after I receive my results.
I never saw the rate, only presented with companies to contact.
Good, answer all of my questions, now see where it goes
I am very satisfied with my life and my family and my friends but I am not sure about my sister Liza because she has a lot of things to worry about like her family and her health. Your customer from LARC Ranch, Leah Karlsen
Well, I thought I was getting the results immediately
I would rather talk to someone tomorrow had a long day. We are good people honest people and we just have a need to have some money to pay some bills we are not behind on our mortgage never have been and never will be or a car payment or our utilities. We need to have some help to get some things done and repaired and we need someone who will be upfront and kind and see the good credit we have through our big items that we have. Thank you and God bless
I am not going to do this ever again if you guys tell me in a email I am eligible and after I fill everything out I get denied
Easy to set up. But I don't want to be bothered by phone calls.
Info indicating this wouldn't impact credit rating was before the last page (which authorized up to 5 lenders checking my credit). Does that status of not impacting credit remain at that last step, or does it change? That's not clear. I also own my house "free and clear" but there didn't seem to be an option for that, which I understand might be moot, but it would be good to have clarification.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
