The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Before i even finished filling out info i recieved a phone call and text This means I will probably recieve these constantly. Not happy at all!
It's been a simple process to get this far. Thank You
Two people, no interest rate w/o social security number, interest rate advertised is not the same as the one offered
I think I could have found and called lenders myself. That was kind of deceptive, I still don't know what I may have qualified for, and now I will probably be flooded with advertisements.
Gimmick... no answer of payment of loan in 2 mins
Just a portal to other lenders... where's the below 2% intrest rate
I wanted to get an estimate/information about the cost of a loan without having to have a representative call me.
I don't want a bunch of people calling me. I want
A quote without a lot of conversation
Not what I expected. Just looking for approximate rates not phone calls from a bunch of lenders.
You have not told me anything so far so how do you think the experience is?
I don't want non stop phone calls from lenders. I want a rate of interest.
Same old story...a lead service that makes you re-enter data on multiple lender sites anyway
I wanted to see how much I could cash out of my home, as Lendgo advertised, not be solicited to sold like a piece of meat to a bunch of 3rd party lenders, who immediately began bombarding me with unwanted calls.
I don't want to talk to anyone. Just show me my options.
No details no information no pricing of fee's points app fee nothing valuable that a buyer needs, the information that is so needed to secure a loan, just a fish and hook lead generator system.
No rates disclosed
No loans fee's nothing of value
The fact that you lure people to your website to find out how much their house is worth and then DON'T provide the info and only offer other websites to contact you and spam your email and phone up is pure BS. Thanks for the wasting my time with no info given.
Would rather be contacted by text or email. I'm on a quick break and have lenders calling while I am still on your site typing this
Your ad says check to see how much you can lower your payment but after I put all my personal info in all you do is lead me to a bunch of lenders
You said I would be given an estimate for my loan and was just given lenders to contact and no estimate.
You advertised a low interest rate of 1.95 to 2.50%. Now lenders are wasting my time contacting me with rates of 5.50 to 6.25. Very misleading, you need to remove your site.
I'd rather have electronic communications rather than an instant phone call from a number I don't recognize. I'm just gathering information. I don't need a phone call right now
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
