The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The offer sounds very good. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try
It seems that lenders & home sellers love helping people in the united states which is very good.
Excellent will appreciate if I can get refinance Thanks!
I thought I read, no one would be calling me.
This was just to see how much my cash out would be. Since I answered all questions thought it would show how much money cash out,
I wish not to receive any calls, Nor e-mails, please and thank you….
I would rather just see the numbers vs get called by someone selling a product.
Easy to complete and fast. I put owed 100 or less. I do not owe anything.
I am not able to see rates just sent my info to who knows where
I expected rate's but only got info on mortgage lenders
As last time, the system doesn't work or show rates. False advertising.
I feel that you all are reliable source and have good rates
I learned the job have a great business and I appreciate if you're helping me find the lender all I need is $5,000 I know you can do it
Requesting the same info over and over during my single visit from the site I have been invited to is extremely irritating. Worse, THAT info was already in place b4 I got to the next Q.
I was trying to pre empt unnecessary effort to all parties, but was cut off & transferred in mid sentence.
Do NOT contact me about above.
I was asking for monthly expense which wasnt provided
Very bad suggestion and looks like I have been added as a spam agent.
The rate you were quoting is pure deception, if you do it just to get my email than you are a collection of stupid. I guess it is OK, we need stupid in the world.
Not good, had to put address in 4x. Not sure if it picked up the property. What I am looking for is construction loan do you offer such a thing.
I don't want to be connected to lenders and suffer a bs sales call, I want you to tell me in writing what rate I can get. Guess that's your business model tho. My bad. Please take me off your call list.
Good setup so far but only need a smaller amount for a couple of years. We'll see how things go.
Took long of a process just for your site to show me some random page about the company. I shouldn't have to answer all of those unnecessary questions just to receive nothing back.
You lied and now you are harming me with calls i did not ask for
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
