The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not helpful at all, trying to find rates but all it does is give your information to other companies to call and bother you. You can't just list the options in your website. Last thing I want is to talk to individuals that are clueless and waste my time. Horrible app
Feel like a 5 star general ready for battle, thanks for your help
Idle curiosity. If I get a $#*! Ton of crap emails, calls, etc, I'll burn down your personal homes
Grr
It is not clear about the lender. I will like to get a interest rate quote for the amount I am requesting. I need $25.000 equity loan for a $385.000 house. Fully paid off. No mortgage payment. Homestead property. And tax exempt individual on a fixed income.
Same same companies that treated me like $#*! in the past.
I've heard very god things about Lendgo, & would like to find out more about them
Too early, I want to see what got me interested first.
Didn't give me the value of my home like it stated!
Just want to value and the interest rate.
Not to have lenders call
Quick and no request for personal information other than name, address and phone number. Awesome!
What is BS when you are unable to demonstrate the lender's offered interest rate? A bunch of clickbait losers
Site is misleading. Makes it seem like it gives you estimate quickly so you have an idea of what you're looking at. Don't have to time to wait for calls and talk to money sharks.
?
I've not talked to a humans of yet.y'all ate quick
You all are great I'll tell everyone about you all
Your google ad makes it seem as though you will give rates but after putting in all my info, no rates were shown. I bet I'll just get a million unwanted calls now.
It's been quite easy to answer your questions so far except for in my case I don't have a 1st or 2nd mortgage on house now…at all.)
I only have a Equity Zline
When it says view rate and click ok. Under the influence I get list and I can call who I please. But page says they will call me. I don't like that.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
