The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's okay, I'm not really getting the info I was looking for.
Pop up ad is misleading, no information was given and I ended up just signed up for a call list. This is deceptive practices.
Do you require a name and phone number and email to get the rates and then you don't give them, you're just trying to create a mailing list, not cool!
I need so much help Abigail Malone I AM not. My identity has been compromised and my health destroyed I fear death from diseases they given me anf have been poisoned over and over. I need this.only to fight fraud on high levels.
To put your joy on the side and pay attention to what you are buying.
So far so good. But I don't want anyone to call me. I just want to know the interest rate on $30,000.00 for 10 yrs and the payment. A ballpark figure is just fine. Send to my email. It is correct
I don't want a bunch of lenders calling early in the morning!
Okay just thought I could get baseline information
I say to U all the reason why I got some stuff bad on my credit is because some of it is mines, & some are not.I have been sick most of my life, battling infection, & now cancer.Thats the main reason I got some bad stuff on my credit, & some ant mines, because recently, we found some one using my name.
I just wanted to see how U all works,& right now I see U all is not working for me, but against me, I believe because of my credit scores.
This site leads you to believe it will reveal interest rates but no. Now I am sure I will be bombarded with phone calls.
Very Misleading. Leaves impression you are going to get an estimate of interest rate instead they try to hook you up with lending company.
You ask for all MY data, before you give me any specifics. This is a standard trick, and I don't want 20 emails flooding my desk, or 20 phone calls. Just give me the interest rate, and lender info by 1 email. Otherwise, I will not accept calls and emails.
I didn't even get to finish the app before y'all started calling. I didn't like that..
All I got was a list of lenders and their phone numbers.
Thought I would be offered interest rates or something of value. Instead, I just get the peace of mind that I'm going to be called by a bunch of random lenders in a world full of scammers. Puts me on edge. I gave you information and I'm offered very little in return. Now I get to play defense.
I got a call and email right away. But you probably sold my info. Doubting this is for real
Unable to show lender matches at this time error...
Opened with calculating; ended with getting lenders. The old bait and switch.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
