The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Immediately bombarded with spam calls, phone hasn't stopped ringing.
I did not get any rates after giving a lot of information.
Good experience and to the point. No nonsense type of form.
Generally told my house isn't worth enough to refinance
Not now. I will see when it comes to the other process
This is misleading, I was lead to believe I would some results here, property value, estimate of amount that's possibly available for me to borrow before speaking to anyone. Just to give me an idea, I don't like frequent phone calls from an ad.
Not good. I assumed I would be getting info on my home on line but instead get a half dozen lenders to go thru. Not good. Misleading and sucks.
Everything has happened very quickly & I'm surprised T it's accuracy about information.s
Very quick and easy service! So helpful. I will definitely keeping this company
So far so good, my home is paid for. I am interested in a equity loan
Good timing with otter. Hi please call after noon Thursday, tomorrow.
I like it so far I heard it was a good place to borrow money from
The only good experience is actually getting money
Get me money I give you the other Star
I wanted to see what rate and amount I was qualified for. Once again all they did was collect my information so they can have people call me non-stop for the next month. I don't answer unknown phone numbers and no voice mail means you'll never talk to me so take me off your list.
I actually don't want to refinance; I want a home equity loan. And, I don't want to be harassed by salespeople. I just want to know what the percentage rate will be for the loan.
Your email says very low rates but then you don't tell me who would offer that. I could call around to other companies; I don't need your suggestions unless you're sure that these companies will provide the low interest rate you offer in your email…but they don't so don't pass my name and contact info to random lenders!
Easy to do but I don't take calls from unknown numbers.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
