The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm very new to this ut it seems good & easy to use
It great at this point. No one being pushed to answer questions or not completely understanding before time to make an informed decision.
Very quick and efficient processing, I really appreciate you! Have a great day!
I just ask to provide average mortgage rate in my country but you require all my information.
I use to have an outstanding credit rating until after my husband passed away. My oldest daughter stole from me and has used my name and S.S. Has opened accounts in my name. In short she has ruined my credit rating. I've brought it up, but I still have work to do.
Seems simple enough- if only the end result is this good!
Basic… no real service received so far… why the is there a need to request for a rating at this point? Phishing?
Taking all the info and not giving quotes is terrible
You told me I would see numbers how much I can pull out of my house. I don't see any numbers without having to talk to somebody. I think it's very misleading
This is great & I an an old fart & my wife is still working. I have a disability so I want to protect her
Need to meat up with this lender who is the reasonbivsaidci was going to sell anyway cause her blond hair against my friends will simply bring my spirit of my 1 eye up and spitting glad I made such a ratingvuh
Said no lender at this time very dissatisfied. I just want to have a place to call home. So. That way I can get custody back of my three little girls.
Just getting started on this! So I can't exactly say my experience but I do greatly appreciate the opportunity. So thank you very much! 5*****
Giving a property address is useless when your looking at several different properties.
Same as anything else in the market. Promise a 2min rate and after we enter the info, it says you have to ocntact somebody else. Or somebody else will contact you... more of the same!
Once Lendgo ask all the questions on the form I expect to have some rates straight to my eyes not having to call so several lenders. Just another "catch" mortgage plataform.
I was just inquiring but I got a call from a lender immediately. Hopefully I don't start getting unsolicited phone call or emails.
Only one lender that too without rates
Waste of time
Not a PSA but phishing expedition. Unsavory, unethical.
Was looking for rates, not to be pushed into another batch of data gathering bot crap
Why bait into seeing mortgage information, then give no information other than links to other lenders
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
